- Impossible to get an appointment - took 3 weeks. - Toilets in a disgusting state - filthy, blocked, broken, no toilet paper - worse than a third world country!! - Serious investment needed - the worst surgery I have ever been to.

I have received excellent care from this practice. The doctors, nurses and admin staff are very good at what they do. I have always managed to get an appointment without too much of a wait although the phones are very busy in the morning.

The service is not great, just mediocre, although they do notify me when I am due to go in yearly to see a nurse, the nurses themselves are 5 stars. The clinic needs more full time doctors so that the patient can see the same doctor ensuring continuity as it was in the past. The clinic has containers on the walls to hold antiseptic hand gel, but they were only full in the first year, now they just stand empty probably too expensive and too much trouble. With so many germs to be picked up I always used them.

Trying to get through on the phone is very hard. The receptionists and other staff are superb by assisting you especially if you have an ongoing friendly problem and will assist by booking appts whilst in consultation. The "back room" staff are also extremely helpful. The nurses are the best and it is because of them that I have not gone elsewhere.
